I decided to do 25 minutes on the elliptical to try to kick start this weight loss.. BAD IDEA! the rest of the day I can't think, can't barely move. super hungry. ate all my calories at lunch and am craving chocolate chips😜🍫 Tuesday is my doc appointment, I will not, can not break Keto! I want to show up with my log showing how I'm doing without the sugar! got some more labs back. low DHEA and low cortisol. hmm.keto.on. no elliptical tomorrow unless it's at night. KITCHEN CLOSED FOR THE DAY.. except for my pickles!

when the hunger monster hits me I grab fat. yes it does raise your calories, but you also worked off calories. whether it is a small salad with vinegar and oil, mct oil, avocado, whatever works. It is better than looking for those unwanted snacks. I am glad you are finally getting into the doctor to get your answers, it has to be heck to have to wait.

I love pickles too... I eat them every day as a snack. They fill me up with little calories and hardly any carbs. Hang in there, had a doc appointment on Monday and he gave me his blessing for starting KETO!! Good luck with your doctor!! You can do it!!
