I mean, i see what you mean, but overall you look fantastic. We have to relearn that it is ok to be a real woman. You had kids, no? But i can tell you that doing shaun t, which includes a bajillion 'standing crunches' helps firm up that lower belly. That is why it sucks so bad, lol.

I support you on any of your goals :) Just throwing my opinion out there, when I look at your body, I think "She is in really good shape. Skin looks great. Body looks toned. The belly is mostly because of the surgery."

you look beautiful - a lot of people would kill for your body!!! unfortunately we don't get to pick and choose where we lose it from...if you want that tummy gone you have to just keep losing until you get very low percentage body fat..building up muscle can help the appearance though

Keilin, sorry to bother you again, I know I spoke with you earlier today, but I happened to come across this additional picture you posted.....I must say, you look amazing, truly you are beautiful! From this side view you look great as well...I know what your trying to speak about, meaning the lower abs region. Just an idea for you to try if this is to which you are referring.... Continue to do the exercises you are currently performing as they are good for burning calories and all around toning, but add additional exercises which work the lower ab region, such as leg lifts or alternate leg lifts, scissors, hanging leg raises, seated leg raises, planks (two handed or one handed side plank)if you are able, as I do not want to see you get hurt, including preventing any hernias which could occur due to the surgery area as well. Then if you are able perform slight twists.....example would be old school calisthenics....(simple method if no access to specific gym exercise is available, use an old broomstick or long handle/pole with legs spread to shoulder width only, pole over the shoulders, and gently twist side to side (so right hand will travel toward the left side, and left hand will travel to right side)going back and forth in a motion of at least 50 to 100 reps each set. Over time, perhaps (not certain since your surgery), but it may assist in helping tone the lower abs and obliques. Hope you don't mind my suggestions.... : ) I'm a big fan obviously and cheering you on !!!!

That’s amazing though you’re so close to your goal, if you don’t mind me asking what was your beginning weight prior to getting to the weight you’re at currently?

Thanks adefwebserver, I know, the surgery and my skin without elasticity does not help me, the fat percentage I want to lose is not much

Sharon thank you, I think your body shape is perfect, your face, smile, etc. I will continue, I know it takes time, but we have to know that this is our new life style or "forever diet"

Nayeli When I found FatSecret in January of last year my weight was 141, I had already lost a few pounds before, 147.4 was my weight when I decided to make a change in my life, most of it in my back and belly. I lost access to my previous account, keilin_4

Whooohooo!! Awesome! I can’t even imagine being that small! I don’t know if you’ve heard of it, it’s old but I’ve seen some really great tone up results from p90x

Wright2018 I am already doing exercises, I lift weights and exercises with my body, I do varied, I do not feel any discomfort in my surgery, my problem is my wrists (joint pain,) I am taking supplements for it, and I use icyhot balm, it does not help much, and again thank you for all the compliments 😀

You look great Keilin and I'm sure that having twins must have been hard on your body. It's great that you do exercise! I would suggest that you look into something called diastasis recti if you have never heard of it. I'm not sure if this link works but it explains it: https://www.babycenter.com/0_diastasis-recti_10419293.bc
