i am satiated eating healthy fats & proteins. subsequently my mood & energy are balanced. i add carb as my body need it (ex. 2 slice of orange or 1 slice of sourdough). currently reading blogs on "meat water diet" healing auto immune disease & as well as alleviating chronic depression.
