i am satiated eating healthy fats & proteins. subsequently my
mood & energy are balanced. i
add carb as my body need it (ex.
2 slice of orange or 1 slice of
sourdough). currently reading blogs on "meat water diet"
healing auto immune disease & as well as alleviating chronic depression.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
