Being Relaxed yet Focused.
Dropped 2.5 lb this week.
Eating Meat, Healthy Fats.
Monitoring my BMR, so as to not under eat.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
