tjjku's Journal, 19 February 2008

Well, I didn't work out much last week due to some family obligations and then of course Valentine's Day was thrown in there. V-D is also my son's birthday. Believe it or not I did well on V-D but the last few days have been rough. I think part of my problem is I have been following this diet reasonable well for too long (like a year). I was still eating most of the food on it but eating bad stuff too to make me gain weight. I am changing my diet to the Extreme Fat Smash to see if that helps. It should with the change in foods----I've never made beans, lentils, or chickpeas in my life and I'm not fond of the beans I have tried---except green beans. Plus with the Extreme Fat Smash you exercise twice a day so that should help with breaking thru this rut. I just started it today and so far it isn't too bad but we will see....
167.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
