Hoo boy! What a difference a day makes. I feel soooo much better after resting. Or it may be that i turned on the ac. I walked with canine bff early to try to beat the heat, then i did today's two t25 workouts. I couldn't get enthusiastic about doing the "makeup cardio" from yesterday. (Seriously, enough with the lunges and squats already shaun t!) So i did one of my fave cize routines, and it is cool -- i actually am getting better and quicker at hopping around, and i think it is the t25! My abs are semi-gently reminding me of their existence, and none of it was dedicated ab work. This pleases and delights me.

Love those happy mornings. Makes me want one too. LOL. Being happy for you brings up the mood here too. Tend to get too focused at times, and this helps loosening me up a bit. Hoping for you that this happy trail stay steady. Good morning.
