Fantastic. I'm 47 and seeing a lot of Fat in that Mirror. Blech is right! I say it to myself every day. Haven't hit the gym yet, doing well on the food. You look fantastic!

How did you get so tone in your arms? I've been going to the gym and doing weights, but I'm not seeing any improvement in the tone of my body. I know everyone is different. If you have any tips for me, I'd appreciate it.

Thank you everyone so much for your kind words! I thought I would never post pictures of myself online but I thought it might be helpful to see the difference between a body just doing Keto and a body doing Keto plus some Intermittent fasting and regular resistance training. TomLong-- yeah, I was shocked to see the skin changes too. Maybe that's the old cell die-off they say is so awesome with intermittent fasting?

Nickema - I've been going to the gym 9 months but started following the advice in these 2 articles 7 weeks ago and have seen amazing changes. I hired a trainer for a few sessions to teach me correct form & I use the pull-up machine at my gym because I can't do a real pull-up YET! Also my nutrition is very clean. There are GREAT free instruction videos on Youtube by Mindpump to learn these exercises. TomLong: The interesting thing is that in the first pic I had already been walking daily & doing really dedicated Keto and eating very clean for about 9 months. The ONLY difference in lifestyle between pic # 1 and pic # 2 is the additions of lifting weights and intermittent fasting.
