I have no idea. I'd say pretty high still. 17-20%. People tend to underestimate their percentage. The more muscle mass you have, the leaner you can look at a higher percentage.

Thanks, I'd be happy at 15% but am of course going for 10% before I attempt a bulk.

Well than, I meant I’m happy with 20% body fat for a female, not for male (according to the google chart ...I’m at an ideal fat percentage😏)

Trust me, I am not down on myself. BF percentage is just a number like the number on the scale. Thanks for the compliments. I know motivation is fleeting and we need to rely more on discipline but every little bit helps to keep me on track! :)

Dang, thanks a lot! Right now my main goal is getting lighter because I have a tough mudder coming in August. Due to muscle I am not as light as the rest of my crew and I definitely don't want to be the anchor, lol! I am just enjoying the benefits along the way.

I’m very white and my blue veins show up especially on the underside of my arms/biceps... it looks like a zombie virus infected me lol
