Belt required! This is an NSV Day - (for newbies - Non-Scale Victory). Feeling down after getting on the scale, but then this happened! I must keep telling myself - it's not all about the scale. I think I've gotten caught up in the scale numbers - and enjoying how good I feel - not a bad thing, but I have to work on remembering there will be days when the scale doesn't move, or doesn't move in the direction I want it to. Happy Hump-Day! 8-)
188.6 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
