MightlyFull--it is a fruit. My son loves them. Google "Lychee" to learn more.

Its kind of like a grape covered in a shell with a hint of a tropical coconut grape flavor. Has a little pit in the middle. Just peel and eat the fruit from around the seed. These are super yummy

At 31 carbs per cup, that's a bit steep for my macros. Looks yummy though!

What is Lychee? I have never heard of it?
