Kinda hit a wall. I was stuck at a certain weight and it wouldn’t go down no matter how hard I tried. I went up on my calories for a couple of days to try and trick my body and it seemed to have worked. First couple of days back to strict diet and the weight is leaving again!!!
174.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
