Happy Sunday.

600.87 Net Carbs spread over 3 days. Whoa!!!

Monday's weigh in will be interesting.

214.8 on Friday
214.2 on Saturday
215.6 on Sunday

The celebration is done and family has returned back to their homes.

I 100% own the number on the scale tomorrow and this is my journey.

Thanks Ade, I would be happy if the scale would top off at 219 but what ever the number is, it is. Probably will do a liquid sub 300 calorie fast to kick off the week.

For myself, I recently realized that if I keep my carbs below 20 during a fast (the calories don't matter) I can get a 2+ pound a day loss. So you could be back to 'even' in three days :)
