I cannot agree with this more (and I don’t really like salad). There’s a lot more to it than this but sugary, fatty, shitty food is deffo cheaper and easier to get than decent healthier options. Take care, Osama!

I can never reconcile to this either. Although I'd always rather the salad to the burger as junk isn't my problem.

Ah but if you don't buy pre-made up and get the groceries and make it up your self you will get 10 salads out of that 5 bucks!! I think sure healthy food on convenience is really expensive because the shelf life is so short without all those bad additives that junk food have... these are the ones that make it highly calorific and unhealthy to start with. If you realise the shelf-life conundrum then you realise.. the 5 bucks is always worth it compared to what you will spend on your health when you end up obese from eating all that junk... then there's no conundrum it is always worth the extra couple of bucks.
