Hey guys, this might not be news to you but it was to me. Multiple Studies have confirmed that it is better to lower carbs rather than fat in order to burn more fat. My previous macros had a lower fat percentage then carbohydrates. I have confirmed that, at least for me (in addition to multiple studies, of course) that my fat burning was not quite as rapid as when I was on an earlier set of macros that had higher fat and lower carbs.
