My daughter set me up on a diet for that, she is a personal trainer and competes nationally in CrossFit as well as in her 3rd year of medical school. Basically protein and vegetables, 4 oz of lean protein 1 cup of vegetables 4 times a day. Look into the paleo diet.

You could try looking into a plant based diet :) Nuts, legumes, vegetables, fruits, leafy greens, etc! Cook most of your meals yourself and keep your food as unprocessed as possible!

Any diet that works for you and to which you will adhere. Fasting, if you can hack it, is the most expedient and effective approach to fat loss, and consequently to abdominal fat loss and abs.

Rosio is correct :) just focus on eating healthy and exercising.

I agree with everyone! Clean eating for sure!!! Veggies, fruits and protein! Exercise of course! I like to follow the 80% food 20% exercise! It’s all about what you fuel your body with! Nasty processed foods aren’t going to help!

There is no “best diet” All diets work. but they only will work if they’re consistently intelligently followed properly, as well as the results will greatly vary from person to person. So the “best diet for weight loss” is one that works best for you and meets your needs, goals, preferences & lifestyle

Oh, and body fat is lost as a total whole not just spots, aka “spot reduction” which isn’t possible, there is just different degrees of body fat distribution which will also depend on individuals body composition, age, gender, genetics etc. as whole. So basically, any time fat is lost, it’s lost all over the body. It’s just that the most abundance of fat is usually located along the waistline/hips/buttocks for dudettes, & for us dudes usually the belly especially lower abdominal area, typically being the last place it’s lost in both genders. Also As Rosio stated, Any scammers saying otherwise, especially if they are selling products/programs to “get 6 pack in 10 days with Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!” Etc.. are liar liar pants on fire. 👍🏻 😁

I carry my weight in my belly as did all the women on both sides of my family. I tried on a girdle the other day and nothing even changed! (I had a measuring tape with me to see if there'd be a difference.) My doc said nothing but surgery would make my stomach reduce (too many abdominal surgeries; the nerves are shot), so I have decided to focus on losing weight overall to bring my health in check. If my stomach manages to reduce during this time, great!

I’m 57 and have a goal of 57 pounds to loose. I’ve lost 34 pounds since March 25 about 2.4 pounds a week but it doesn’t come off in certain spots. It’s come off all over. I’ve started weights light and sit-ups as well as my treadmill to help things along and follow a healthy diet of 20 grams fat a day and 100 or less carbs a day. This seems to work for me as I’ve lost consistently weekly ( I do go up and down daily) and I’ve lost fat in my lower belly. I’m not looking for a magical six pack and I do have flabby areas here and that as fat does not come off evenly but I’m working on it and am seeing a huge change in inches as well as my belly shrinking-slowly but it is!

No thanks to the HCG diet as I’m not into taking injections of HCG to achieve this. I think I’ll be happy eating clean reducing my fats and carbs and exercising even if I still have some fat deposits around

I’ve actually found the following Whole 30 has helped my reduce belly fat and bloating! It is complete clean eating- no dairy or legumes, nothing with preservatives. Reducing dairy has helped a lot!
