329.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 143.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay focused and be strong ! t I weighed 303 lbs almost a year later I now weigh 177 lbs. This was the hardest thing I have ever done. As you will see , weight will coming down. Find a plan that works for you and stick to. My secert weapon is I only weigh on Saturday's, write it down ,where you can see it, by looking at that number that helps me get more movatative to be strong during the week and Sat morning I will get my PRIZE A LOWER NUMBER THAT I GET TO WRITE DOWN.
