Day 4 of a planned 5 day fast

This is the easy part. Few thoughts of food and energy is good. Decided to lift weights today rather than run. Will still get in 15k steps.

My mind is on refeeding this weekend. There is a big dinner planned for Sunday. Damage will be done, but, I want to limit it to that one meal. Therefore Saturday will be the test. Can I just do one meal and make it low carb?

yes , you can, I don't do low carb but anothers here are doing OMAD and low carb at the same time

@adef Perfect mindset. I think that fasting is the shiznit for fat loss, but controlling the refeed is going to be essential for both maximizing effectiveness and developing a permanent, sustainable WOE for lifetime maintenance. Let's go!

@Keilin_4 - Yes, that is my plan. For my body, experience has shown that carbs are bad for me. OMAD has shown to be good for me. I fast because it seems to be the only thing I can do successfully.

@jimmiepop - Thanks man. Yeah I have to 'fall on my face' a few times before I start to build the resolve to do the right thing.

@Steven Anthony - I went on a 4 day eating binge and am back to 180 :( I will start logging again when I get back to 178. I break my current fast tomorrow and THIS TIME I will do the refeeding right. This weekend is a big weekend for me to do things differently!

Great Job! You’ve already conquered going without food and working out with out food all you need now is to conquer the refeed! You can do it!
