Cardio/Abs Day Weigh-in 108 Hours Fasted; 6 Hours to Go 51 Days on Cut; 11 on Final Sprint
Scale: slow Mirror: showing upper abs Waist: relentlessly incompliant
51 DAYS:....11.0% @ 186.6# = 20.5# Fat & 32.0" Waist... GOAL:........9.8% @ 184.5# = 18.0# Fat & 30.88" Waist... GAP:..........1.2%.......................2.5# Fat &...1.12" Waist
11.0% and 20.5# fat both represent new personal bests, for which I am grateful.
Poor results for this fast relative to my prior two. Weighed in at 186.6# this a.m., first time in 5 days below my pre-feast number of 188.4#. Averaged 0.27# fat lost per day, about 75% of my previous (record) pace. This in spite of higher activity and slightly lower average daily kcals. Also, measurement is starting to show lean mass loss from my pre-cut baseline for the first time. This coincides with my recent misses in the weight room.
2.5# of fat away from my next target of 18.0# fat. If that comes mostly off my waistline, it seems like about where I want to be visually.
"Broke" my fast again with the dinner cooking last night. Sampled the marinated chicken thighs. Also whipped up a shockingly delicious fried rice in the wok from leftover rice. Olive oil, garlic, onions, butter. Spat that sh^t into the disposal more than once... Total damage 128k; 5 Net Carbs.
Forward.
Cardio & Abs - Every Day, both Lift and Rest Days; schedule & how I feel. Lift - Back to regular EOD schedule. Swamp Ass - Litre a Day minimum; more as needed. Diet - More Fasting. Schedule TBD.
Let's go!

You're doing great. But, perhaps you can see why I started doing longer fasts. I get used to the accelerated results so when my body starts to compensate I get pissed :) When you so called 'break your fast' you STILL take in less carbs than I do (because of my sugary drinks). For now, I'm doing te best that I can. Made myself run 5 miles this morning in penance :) -- I tell you onw tis, this weekend I WILL act right on refeeding. I will only allow myself ONE day to go crazy. This Saturday I plan to act right :)

@adef Spot on, on all fronts, as usual. Even when fasting, the answer is ALWAYS DIET. Just that the only diet to manage, other than system compliance, is the refeed. Snake boy says no carbs, keep it to one meal in a very tight window, and then right back on. I have been giving myself permission to eat whatever, which has led to 5000k+ refeeds, which, as you correctly point out, inspire longer fasts.

0.27 lbs fat loss a day is a REALLY good number JP! Good luck going forward, especially on maintaining your muscle mass along the way!!
