Day number two. I believe I did really good yesturday. I have to say when I did my workout tape I felt nauseous afterword for a little while. My hardest part was not eating anything later in the night. Thats one of my biggest down falls. Is eating after 9pm. I am excited to do my yoga today I really need to loosen up my muscles. So far so good.
