I saw a You Tube video on what Yolanda Hadid eats at her farm, on a daily basis. I don't watch reality TV, but her diet struck me as something I could follow easily. I have similar habits, when I'm not falling off the wagon. ;)
I have to be more careful, or I'll have full-blown diabetes, as it runs in my family.
