I’m a 17 y/o that’s 5’8. Thin stature... 100 pounds is my goal. Any suggestions?
108.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

See a psychologist for your addiction. You are too thin. If you lose any more weight, your body will start eating your own internal organs. This is not how one stays alive. GET HELP!

Please use this BMI calculator: https://bit.ly/1D0ZqDv It indicates that 100 pounds would give you a BMI of 15.2 which is considerably below the "underweight' BMI of 18.5 - - Please be kind to yourself. We care about you. Take Care!
