A woman was loading her groceries into her car next to me yesterday. I had just gotten to my vehicle as she pulled out. Her cinnamon swirl bagels rolled under her car. I tried to flag her down but she drove away. So I picked them up and took them home.

Confessional : I have a stale bag of these same bagels in my freezer. Since I'm too lazy to take one out, saw it in half, and toast it, they will probably stay there. If I remove the whole bag and throw it away, that empty spot might become butter pecan ice cream. NO, NO, NO! The frozen, stale, bagels are safer than what might replace them. ☺
