I am losing a little more than one pound a week--I have now lost 5 pounds since the 4th of July. Monitoring has helped me eliminate between meal snacks, and to plan meals so that I don't eat more than I should, particularly at dinner time. I have not felt deprived at all--my food intake feels totally sustainable. So far, so good.
