Overtime again at work so home late and work through lunch, about the time I would have gotten home if was off on time and gone to the gym. Managed to get about 30 minutes in on the TRX though not all at once as I was also making a lentil curry that needed stirring occasionally. Nothing else really accomplished. I do have some good food for meals ahead cooked and a workout so a plus for my day. Food was under my planned calories and within my plan, simply wasn't hungry for more. I still have snacks I could have eaten. Off to bed for me another crazy day at work for me tomorrow.
