Day One not perfect, but not terrible either. I need to balance my food so I'm not starving after dinner, the late evening is my hardest time. I need to plan a snack for after dinner that is filling and low calorie.
255.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
