I am 30 yrs old, married with one 4 yr old son. I was on WW 2 years ago with great success, I lost 60+ lbs. However, as soon as I quit tracking I started gaining and have now regained all but 15 lbs.

I need that daily accountability of tracking and love that FatSecret mimics a lot of WW's app & website abilities and is FREE. I considered going back to meetings but the cost is simply too high, both in money and in time. So my sister and I have both joined FatSecret and are currently participating in the 25 lbs in 12 weeks challenge.

It doesn't readjust your calories as you lose weight, you have to go in and ask for your rdi to be recalculated. Just an FYI, that I figured out when my first week or two was great then I slowed way down during the third week. Turns out I was eating 100 cal more than I should for my new weight.

Bursts of Exercise
Thanks for the comments. I have tried reading and I just dont get my speed up enough when I read that I really feel like I have worked out. Music did work for awhile until I used it everyday and now it doesnt do it for me anymore.

TV helps but I have trouble hearing it over the treadmill. I have recently started bringing in my iPad and using the Netflix app on it and turning on the closed captioning so I dont miss dialogue while I work out. That seems to be working for now. Im watching 24 while I exercise and it is kind of addicting. Smile

Bursts of Exercise
Trying to do 10 minute "bursts" of exercise. Too hot to exercise outside but inside exercise is sooooo boring. So I'm trying 10 min segments to get it done without losing my mind. Hopefully this strategy will get me on my treadmill each day, instead of avoiding it since I can't stand the boredom of it. I can do anything for 10 minutes at a time right?
