I went for a quick walk after dinner tonight, since I wasn't planning on going to the gym tonight. I will be going to the gym in the morning before work, because Friday night is date night with hubby and we go out to eat with friends. I am getting very excited about the half marathon on Saturday morning. I hope I do well and even though I will be walking most of it, my goal is to complete it in under 3 1/2 hours. I will be striving for 3 hours. :)

Yes, this is the first one that I have registered for. I have been walking that distance about every other weekend for a few months now, so I feel like I am ready. My best time walking/some jogging is 3 hrs 40 min. I have been trying to make sure I eat enough of the right stuff and I hope the slight weight gain is due to muscle replacement with all my workouts.
