Almost lost it tonight 👿 i over ate by now approximately 300 calories it could have been worst 👎 i felt very strong urges that were hard to control 🙀 i ate some dry roasted peanuts no salt n 1/4 cup chicken salad n 1/4 cup pasta salad 🥗 i feel now in control so i will not eat anything else 🍎🍐🍊🍋🍉🍇🍓🍑🍍🥥🥝🍈🥒🥦🥑🍆🍅🍒🌶🌽🥕🥔🍠🧀🥨🥖🍞🥐🥚🍳🥞🥓🥩🍟🍔🌭🍖🍗🌯🌮🥙🥪🍕🥗🥘🥫🍝🍜🥟🍱🍣🍛🍲🍤🍙🍚🍘🍥🍨🍧🍡🍢🥠🍦🥧🍰🎂🍮🍩🍿🍫🍬🍭🍪🌰🥜

If you are going to do that, enjoy it. to hell with the guilt and negativity. Just know that tomorrow will be different. And tomorrow ask yourself if it was really that good.

So u went over, mmmm but before u used to go over everyday n most likely by more than 300.... I’m guessing u gonna be ok DO NOT STRESS it’s done, don’t binge. Tomorrow is a new day

I agree with Rosio, tomorrow is a new day. I did the same thing myself the other night except WORSE! We both just need to climb back on the wagon, take a deep breath and start forward again! We can do this! Side note - you're really brave to have such a major goal in one shot! I'm not so brave. I'm trying to lose 10% of my weight, and then another 10% and then another... that way I get lots of little goals I can feel good about along the way :-)
