I went for a walk yesterday after work and it was super windy, but it was nice to get out and do something. I probably could have run, but I didn't want to push it too much. I'm going to try to go again this evening and today it's supposed to be HOT, I'll just have to take the route with more trees. My goal for the week is to keep my eating mostly clean and keep up with the walking so I don't have a gain. All of my shorts from last year fit now, so I don't want to gain before vacation and grow out of them. :)
