I managed a walk/run yesterday, it was just too darn hot to run the whole way. It was good though, I got some sunshine and movement, so I was happy with that. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to walk today after work, it's supposed to be even hotter, so I don't want to burn. I may try to find a streaming workout that is lower body/no weights.
My daughter gets her braces on tomorrow, so we told her she could pick what she wants for dinner tonight and of course it's pizza. I have a hard time not eating too much pizza, so I'm going to try to do a fruit salad with it and not overeat. Trying to be good when there's pizza around is hard!
