Gained half a pound and my body does not want me to lose this weight all that fast, not to worry I will lose it. I purchased a food scale for myself so now I can see how many ounces and grams I am eating and that will be a great thing.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
