Finally! Plateaus are the worst! Not much this week, but I'm hoping for a big drop next week.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stalls use to really get in me head, but I don't pay that much attention to them anymore. I know if I'm on the right track the scale will confirm. Hang in there lady.
