Working out is great! The temporary gain while my body gets used to it is not!

Just another week... Just another week... Just another week...
226.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It really is, once we get in the grove. I'd rather weigh 10 lbs more than to lose 15 lbs and exchange a lot of muscle for fat, which is where I'm at, soon to change though.

I’m SO with you on this!! It is really frustrating. Like adam said though I’d rather have the heavier muscle than lighter fat. Just got to keep telling myself that! Good luck!
