Felt good this morning - weight low, water load yesterday: 4-5L about. Today aiming for 6L. AM CARDIO intervals 45:75x10 (20 mins + 10 LSD), with hanging leg raises 3x20 and side plank hold 3x30+seconds.
111.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
