I have not changed how or what I am eating, I have not lost or added. I mean I have done o.k as far as the food maybe not 100% but I never intended to be 100% any way, but my main failure has been too much night snacking. I snack too much too late, and I have not been exercising. so I need to do something. I am re-starting right, beginning today with the diet, the calories and the exercise. lets give it another attempt.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Mywill, your carb intake is probably too high. I have found that if I go over 50 net carbs daily I at best stall and can gain weight. I think you will find that if you reduce your carb intake to less than 10% of your calories and increase your fat intake to about 80% (use coconut oil or MCT oil) as much as a supplement because it metabolizes immediately. If you have a carbohydrate intolerance it can become really difficult to lose weight. http://bit.ly/M2AQwZ. I look forward to doing the induction with you.

UjimaNell, I truly appreciate your comment, I am going to work on it. I think that is why I have not been loosing and wandering... I have been looking for some guidance and support, I want to use this challenge to try it right. It will be my pleasure to try this with you.
