Last night we had guests with lovely food and some alcohol. Today we had barbecue at my cousin's house. I know I had more food and drinks what I should but for once I felt relaxed and happy 😊 Tomorrow first thing to go for a long swim . On Friday next weight in. Have a nice time my FS friends 🤗
