Omg my red progress line is freakin Orange now!!! That’s more exciting than the number on the scale!!! I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks (well I haven’t gotten through the weekend) That’s 10% of my body weight. I have a little more than 20% to go. I’ve decided to try Keto out starting Monday to switch things up too so maybe my progress will speed up or at least keep the same momentum
