I need advice! I know a lot of people are currently on Keto right now so I wanted to ask; what would you recommend I do on my first day/ first week of Keto. I’ve heard of ppl fasting first, fat fasting, easing into it, exercising, and not exercising... so many options, so many theories!!! What do You think?

Do you have your (keto) diet set up, i.e. macros, kcals, mealplan, intake tracking, and larder stocked? If yes, everything else - lifting, cardio, fasting, exogenous ketones - is about getting into ketosis faster. Without all that, depending on diet and metabolism, you will likely reach ketosis in 3-7 days. I suggest you go read up - Dom D'agostino, Jason Fung, r/ketogains - and decide for yourself what makes best sense for you.

Thanks for your input! I appreciate it. I think I am set and I’m going to go full steam ahead and adjust my cal intake in accordance with my activity level. Aiming for 5/20/75 😅
