Fun news today.... husband and I went to Costco to shop for our monthly protein run and I decided to pick up a new pair of shorts for the upcoming summer. I grabbed one size smaller than I normally wear and they fit! With extra room! 😁😁😁😁. So even though my weight is not coming off as much as I’d hoped during our first month at this new lifestyle, the inches seem to be shifting and going away.
