Well...my terrible eating weekend destroyed my awesome eating week. Oh well, I'm just going to keep it going! At least I'm burning more calories during the week, I just need to make sure I enter EVERYTHING in my phone right when I eat it, otherwise I forget. Mental notes.

A little cheating on the weekend isn't so bad. Good for the sole! I'm the same way, I have to log my food asap, the phone app makes that super easy!
