I am back. I am refocused. I am prepared. After a month and a half of changes and upheavals in my life....vacation, concussion, break up, school,different medication, and more responsibility at work....I am 8 pounds heavier. That is almost a third of what I had lost since January, but it could have been worse and I am reining myself back in. I promise myself that I will be journalling and logging faithfully. I will stay the course and stay on track.
