I am back. I am refocused. I am prepared. After a month and a half of changes and upheavals in my life....vacation, concussion, break up, school,different medication, and more responsibility at work....I am 8 pounds heavier. That is almost a third of what I had lost since January, but it could have been worse and I am reining myself back in. I promise myself that I will be journalling and logging faithfully. I will stay the course and stay on track.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2012:

You certainly had enough stress in your life to account for some kind of change to have to occur in your body. As I read through so many of our journals I see where stress is the culprit for so many of us to gain weight back. The key is to recognize it as such and then do something about it...I have decided to do something about it is not while you are in the frying pan. As hard as I try, I can't get things going in the right direction when stress seems to be hitting me between the eyes...not an excuse to gain weight but it certainly is a factor to why we can't stay focused and committed to the task. I think you will see success as you seem to be committed to journaling and logging and we all know that you have to see the numbers in order to get the job done. You are in my thoughts and I wish you much success. Hugs.
