Now this is my kind of meal! Change the cheese to a slice of cheddar for me though. Is he mashed cauliflower like potatoes? I LOVE potatoes. I also really like cauliflower. But cooking, mashing and adding butter.. just not sure if I would like it and if it would make me crave starches that much more. Sure looks delicious though!

@peeperjj IMHO, mashed cauliflower is far tastier than mashed potatoes. It helps that I love, love, love cauliflower of course. I've been eating ketogenically for 8.5ish months so it doesn't cause any cravings for the "real thing" but, YMMV. ☺️

I mixed the creamy wedge of cheese into the mashed cauliflower. 10/10 Will do again!

I made pork fried cauliflower rice a few nights ago. It was a really good substitute for one of my Chinese favorites. Cauliflower rice/cheese is something I must try!
