I'm out of the 240s! WOOHOO!
So... everyone else in the world must know this, but yesterday I read that protein is the nutrient that tells you when you're full. I feel like a newb. Anyways, I read that and adjusted my diet accordingly. And guess what? I don't want to eat everything in the world!
