I've been mastering the art of meal prep. I froze 1 cup servings of rice to easily incorporate with my other fresh vegetables and toppings. This particular meal is Kholorabi (including its leaves) fresh from the garden with vegan protein. Balsamic drizzle

Meal prep is so key for me. It makes life easier on the busy nights and early mornings. We have a food vacuum bag that helps with pre portioning of ingredients so we can grab and go.
