Cooler #1 Day 5 was ok. Ate pretty well except for maybe a few more almonds (I was hungry after dinner). Other than that, it's been good. I lost an inch of my waist. I need to remind myself, this is not HCG. No instant gratification, but a slow and steady progress.

Thanks for the motivation! I know. I'm not training for a contest, I'm training for my life. I need to keep that in mind and stop worrying.
