I did lose a pound and I think this is great and now I just have to keep losing a pound a week, but have to keep on with my diet on a daily basis. I get very impatient and want to lose all my weight in a month and I know this is not going to happen as I need to make sure that I lose it slowly. 52 pounds to lose and this is great but I am really excited about getting my weight down to 170 and that will be fantastic.

One thing I have to get is a food scale and you can get one for about ten dollars so it is no big deal to have one as there are times I don't know what the ounces or grams are that I am eating so a food scale is what we need. Also, I do not have a clue how many calories were in the kung pao chicken that I ate last night.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
