Looking at my diet calendar it's no wonder I haven't lost anything and a miracle I haven't started putting it back on.

Had a tough couple of weeks and my resolve and impotus have gone down the pan.

Difficult to really plan anything at the moment. Completely skint, a week till payday and no food (sensible or otherwise) in the house.
The BBQ weather hasn't helped with portion control and sausage intake is much higher than it should be!

But everyday is a fresh start. Things are better at home (oddly that actually seems to be making it harder) and I can hopefully stop worrying and get back to concentrating on me.
