Right, time to knuckle down again. had a couple of naff weeks with no loss and I know it's because I've let my resolve slip.

I've been getting to the gym, but not as often as I should be, three times last week and twice the week before. Should be hitting 3 at a minimum, and ideally 4 to keep up with the running program so I can get fit enough for the 5K.
3 miles = 38 minutes this Saturday! Actually very pleased with that. Must remember though that it's much easier on a treadmill than in real life and that nearly killed me! I'm going to see about hitting the athletics track at the weekends to get used to 'genuine' jogging. I'm also going to focus on distance rather time for training and once things get easier, add in some terrain on the treadmill.

I haven't planned my food out well enough and I've been yo-yoing between not eating enough in the mornings then over compensating in the evenings, I haven't been drinking enough water, getting enough lean protein and eating too much fat :-S

So, let's start from the very beginning!
