soooo ummmm i woke up feeling pretty much like nobody in their right mind should cross me today.. with that being said i ate chinese food and cake yesterday ofcourse i had a little cake on friday but i haven't had any take out like chinese food in probably five months or longer? could that be the cause of this anger i have woken with. I Just feel super pissed about nothing about everything. Like i am just mad as hell just to be sitting here awake! how dumb is that? Do any of you feel this way? i mean i have mad days strictly toward foods i miss and noone having my back at home and then noone helping but this anger is just sitting there like..... any minute now any minute now you know what i am saying! what in the world ugh!.. also i don't get to start the whole30 program because we never made it to the grocery store but thats ok it gives me more time to read and learn and i hope i can conquer this eventually! I hope everyone is having a fantastic morning and has a great day to.

yes, I understand about the being mad thing! Not alone. I take a walk , to think how I can control things better for myself. Find something to do to calm down and focus on something else.

I don't know if you are an emotional eater(I am), but if you are, losing weight can stir up some of those emotions we've in the past eaten down.

I too have experienced and understand that. I could well be that the food you ate is part of it. What we intake affects the chemical processes of the bod and those process do affect one's mood. Hang in there, look for ways to blow off the steam. Note this (and any 'reaction' you have to intake) and use that possible correlation to inform future decisions. No 'hope' about it.. you WILL persevere and 'conquer' this. You WILL get to where you want to be.

The simple carbs might mean that you are actually still hungry for the vitamins that you would have gotten from more complex carbs. Totally my theory.
