Ok I have been on the shakes for 3 days I lost 2.6 but now put on a pound! I had stir-fry the last 2 days wondering if it has a lot of hidden calories? just doing shakes and fruit during the day! I really need to quit weighing myself everyday!

1330 kcal Fat: 60.23g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 103.98g.   Breakfast: milk, body by vi shake, banana, half and half, splenda, black coffee. Lunch: body by vi shake, milk. Dinner: sliced tomatoes, avocado, baked chicken, salad, blue cheese crumbles, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: string cheese, yogurt, diet pepsi. more...

It may be water weight - some stir fry can have a lot of sodium. Weighing daily drives me crazy and now I only weigh-in once a week, which helps eliminate the wild swings that can happen day to day. Hang in there - you're doing great!
