Ok I have been on the shakes for 3 days I lost 2.6 but now put on a pound! I had stir-fry the last 2 days wondering if it has a lot of hidden calories? just doing shakes and fruit during the day! I really need to quit weighing myself everyday!

It may be water weight - some stir fry can have a lot of sodium. Weighing daily drives me crazy and now I only weigh-in once a week, which helps eliminate the wild swings that can happen day to day. Hang in there - you're doing great!
